Well i been doing AB=Alliance Battles alot, and today i was doing Ab with my MM.When the minions was summon they werent attacking the enemys..

....even when i was attacking the enemy...all they did was follow me...soo yea when the match was over i played again they still werent attacking

hmmmm i dont understand..

What you guys think?? ever happen to u?

perhaps you were in range, but the minions werent. the minions have to see te enemy to attack. maybe that was a bug, i know the henches do it occasionally

I stopped bringing my spirit Rt in 12v12 because half the time they won't attack anything, even when things are clearly near them and I'm wanding.

yes, there are several issues with npc intelligence, including having the turtles in fort aspen wood stop moving when they should be past that spot, it could be similar to that as, the turtles wouldn't attack kurzicks that came in it's range, or maybe they're on strike<.<

This happens to my MM quite a bit, actually. In fact, this has also been happening to my warrior. I'll hit 'c-space', and she'll run up to the foe, but sometimes not attack. I'll then click the foe, nothing, hit space a few more times, nothing... even moving around a little and space again (perhaps she's stuck on something and can't get in range), and she still won't. Eventually, after doing all this and hitting space over and over again, she'll start attacking.

This frustrating behavior can sometimes happen in the middle of attacking, she'll just kinda stop attacking...

I've had this happen in Isle of the Nameless. It's happened when I've made a lot of minions and then left them because they've been attacking something that couldn't be killed off. Then went off to make more minions in another area and they end up not attacking.

It's also happened to me outside of the Isle, but only with the Golem. Where sometimes the Golem just stands around and doesn't do anything. It's usually triggered when my minions aggro something that they're seperated by by a cliff. Then the enemy leaves the area and my minions return to me along with my Golem. When I begin to attack another group my Minions/Fiends/etc. will attack but my Golem won't. And on a few rare occasions I'll raise a Golem and it just won't attack anything.

But I'm thinking what happened to you in the AB might have been similar to what happens to me in Isle. Where you made a bunch of minions and left them and then made a new group but they wouldn't attack.

It only happens to me when I can't reach the target. I get blocked by an npc or an other monster.

It has happened with my ranger in Pvp quite a few times. I would attack, but when I used skills nothing happened. I thought it was because I was at lower than them, so I moved to a higher area and the skills. This only happened with attack skills.

I've seen a few reports on GWO about both henchmen and minions just standing there getting beat on enemies and not attacking back, even after repeated spamming of control+space, switching targets, etc. I've had the henchmen one happen to me a few times (yes, I know you must physically attack for them to even begin to engage), but I don't play my MM enough to have seen the minion one. Just letting ya know that others have, however.
